Thank you Bill for writing this. You are right, as we grow, we start believing that we have to figure it all out by ourselves. This is a good reminder that thats not true. Smart and hardworking people eventually may figure out themselves, but it takes greater leadership skills to admit that one needs help and to seek it before it's too late.
