I am a software engineer by profession, I love the work I do. I take pride in bringing the perspective to the chaos. I provide clarity to the team while keeping the big picture in mind. I believe that we should listen to the customers. But it is important what we listen to. We should listen to customer's problems not what solutions they want. It is provider's responsibility to show the efficient solutions to their problems. I believe in healthy debates and respectful disagreements. I believe that simple is powerful. As software developer, I believe it's my duty to provide solutions which are simple to use and solve complicate problems than provide complicated solutions to simple problems. I believe, in purposeful work. Being helpful at work to the customers and to fellow workers is the goal; I strive for. My work may not impact people's life in any big way but I can attempt that my work makes the life easier for the consumers (clients, coworkers or friends & family).
